2007 Downtown Summer Kick-off Party

On June 2nd our Downtown Park was hopping as families participated in a variety of events, including pitching with the Yakima Bears, dunking the City Council, and playing a variety of games with the YMCA. The 90-plus degree heat made the firehouse, complete with fire hose, a huge hit, and the sidewalks were covered with kids participating in the marble tournament and coloring with chalk.
