The Lofts downtown at 17 North 3rd Street open this weekend for an Open House! Located in the heart of revitalized downtown Yakima, it is within walking distance of many of Yakima's favorite attractions. The building has been transformed into 27 one and two bedroom luxury condominiums. There are eleven different floor plans ranging from 930 - 1650 square feet, and each condo comes with a patio or deck and fireplace.
